Because of the equal technology of this day, only the image makes the difference. I Love this brand over another? Why I bought this product and not the other one? We never (really) compare them but finally we choose one … but which one? One for which we feel empathy and who communicates best. The communication of a company is not a simple matter. Firstly, it’s only effective if it’s treated as a whole and in all details by harmonizing content and form to establish a coherent communication. The content (who am I, what is my message, who is my target) always determines the form .
